He outlines the 6 nutritional guidelines that allow full expression of health! Also covered is weight loss and differrent weight loss strategies. We get more positive results from people attending this class!
Spinal Exercise and Roller Massage: This is our newest class and focuses on the 12 spinal exercises that everyone on the planet should be doing! The easy exercises can save you tons of money and time! Dr. Ross also demonstrates the spinal roller and how 10 minutes a day at home can make an unbelievable difference to your spine!
All Talks begin at 6:30pm sharp and last approximately 1 hour. Seeting for these talks is limited to 16 people. All patients who sign up for a talk and who miss the talk without calling will be subject to a penalty of $35.00. Due to the high demand of these talks all patients and their guests must sign up in advance. No walk ins will be accepted.
