PAYMENT OPTIONS AT THE C.H.C.

We strive to offer many affordable payment options to match anyones budget.

Payment Plans: We specialize in cash paying patients. We offer a wide range of payment options to match your needs and your budget! We would be happy to discuss your needs and match a payment plan to your budget.

Care Credit: We are now offering care credit services; this program allows interest free financing for one year for those patients who qualify. This gives the individual the freedom to pay off their balance whenever they want.

Insurance Coverage: We accept most private insurances, including Blue Sheild, Adventist Health, United Health Care, Medicare, Blue Cross and American Chiropractic Network. Every insurance plan is different; we will check your insurance coverage before you incur any charges and inform you of any co-payments, deductibles or non-covered services.

Personal Injury Claims: (Car Accident Cases) We accept almost all types of personal injury insurances. We also do all the billing for you! If we feel you need an attorney we have several trustworthy attorneys that we can refer you to. We also can work with your attorney (if you already have one).

Workers' Compensation Cases: We have been helping injured workers for years and we are fully accredited to take worker's compensation cases.

Medicare Cases: We are a Medicare Certified facility and we accepts all types of medicare insurance coverage. If you have sold your medicare benefits to an HMO you may not qualify for coverage, thus we will check your coverage first before you incur any charges.

Hardship Pricing: Our mission at the Chiropractic Health Center is to help as many people as possible to attain optimal health through chiropractic care. If you need and want our help, but you can't afford our services, we will formulate a plan to meet your budget.
